- Create and iterate on high-level user experience and flow, ensuring a seamless and user-centric product journey
- Visualize and iterate design concepts at project-appropriate levels of fidelity
- Provide deliverables based on research, i.e. User Flows, Sitemaps, Wireframes, Prototypes, Lo-fi, and Hi-fi Mockups
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate problems into actionable features and solutions that are both intuitive and visually appealing
- Develop, conduct, and analyze user research, and use insights & data to help drive forward product vision
- Facilitate qualitative and quantitative research methods, i.e., workshops, interviews, card sort testing, etc.
- Lead UX projects by bringing human-centered design to the forefront of our digital solution creation process
- Help to establish and maintain a standardized UX process for creating products based on our user research and data
- Scope projects, and work with product owners and other partners to build out realistic project timelines
- Ensure company vision is conveyed through consistent design
- Collaborate with stakeholders to acquire information about products, and requirements, and to receive feedback on iterations throughout the entire process
- Tailor design and project presentations to ensure clear communication across all levels of the organization
- Encourage healthy debate and facilitate conversation with recognition of the value of diversity of thought and expression
- Build partnerships across teams, i.e. Design, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Traders, Operations, etc. to drive alignment
- Facilitate conversations to freely bring forth ideas and drive groups to alignment with constructive design input
- Seek and encourage honest feedback, always
- 8+ years of User Experience Design experience (Web, Tablet, & Mobile) with a track record of contributing to successful products from ideation to launch
- Strong background in conducting internal and external research to inform product strategy, feature development, and design
- A portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of UX and beautiful, intuitive, and thoughtfully crafted interactions across desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Fluent in major areas of the design practice, including Strategy, Research, Interaction Design, Wireframing, Visual Design, etc.
- Comfort with Human Centered Design and Design Thinking principles
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Experience translating insights and requirements into actionable features
- Proficiency in defining both high-level and detailed user experiences and flows that align with user expectations
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset, able to lead and contribute as needed
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with the wisdom to know what to do when
- Demonstrable experience designing CRM, ERP, or Enterprise Business applications
- Comfort level working remotely with colleagues spread across 3 continents
- Ability to work on US Eastern Time a plus
